I called Dave and explained the symptoms. He was very honest and told me it probably is not worth repairing instead of... calling out just to get a call out charge. Dave explained what the he thought the cause of the problem was based on his experience with the brand and what the other less likely causes could be. Very professional and knowledgeable. Even though I didn't actually have him call out, I would recommend him based on his honesty and unwillingness to waste time and money.read more
